Context

Foxhole Holdings acquired the first licensing deal for The ONE Group’s famed STK brand. The challenge was not only to bring a known American concept into a new geography, but to do so in a way that made sense for Ibiza’s market, guest expectations, and cultural energy.

Apollonia’s role

Apollonia advised on branding and regionalization of the STK concept for the Balearic island of Ibiza. Her work included: - brand guardianship and communication strategy support - positioning STK Ibiza as a premium lifestyle F&B brand - shaping perception around gastronomic and cocktail culture - developing B2B relationships - nurturing high-profile relationships - supporting media, celebrity, and VIP hosting - helping create new business development through strategic partnerships

This project reflects Apollonia’s ability to do more than promote a venue. She helped translate a brand into a new market, develop the right ecosystem around it, and increase its cultural and commercial desirability.
