Throughout her work, Apollonia convenes intimate gatherings, salons, and destination experiences that bring together founders, creatives, decision makers, cultural leaders, and hospitality visionaries from around the world.

These gatherings explore the evolving relationship between self, travel, culture, wellness, and meaningful connection, creating space for conversation, exchange of ideas, and fruitful collaborations to emerge.  

Rather than traditional conferences or large-scale events, Apollonia’s gatherings are intentionally intimate and thoughtfully curated. 

Each experience is designed to bring together a small group of people who share a curiosity about the world and a desire to shape the future of hospitality, culture, and creative community.

Hosted in destinations across the world and often in collaboration with hospitality partners and cultural spaces, these experiences take many forms. From private salon dinners and curated retreats, to small gatherings designed to spark dialogue and connect stakeholders, creatives and cultural leaders.

At their core, these gatherings are about creating environments where meaningful conversations happen naturally and where new ideas, partnerships, and projects can take shape.
