Photographed in the jungle and being eaten alive by bugs, I had to practice what I preach. I asked permission and was allowed on the land without too much damage.

I wrote this article as I was practicing shadow work and quite honestly in agony. It was one of the hardest things to do, but the breakthrough was worth all the pain.
